A 10% sibling discount is assessed to the oldest child’s tuition. For families with 3 or more children, a 10% discount is applied to the total amount of weekly combined tuition. If your employer is participating in Rainbow Child Care Center’s Corporate Partnership Program you may be eligible for tuition discounts. For a list of companies participating in this program, click here.
Vacation time is available and unlimited for children that attend the center full time (4 or 5 full days) provided that the parent pays 50% of the tuition prior to leaving for vacation. All vacations must be taken on a Monday through Friday basis.
An extended absence is considered to be more than 2 weeks. If space is available, a $100 nonrefundable fee is required to reserve your child’s spot. If space is not available, you will be required to pay half of your tuition amount for the duration of your absence. All fees are due prior to the absence.
If you are currently enrolled with Rainbow Child Care Center and refer a family you are eligible for our VIP Referral Reward Program.
* Valid for new enrollments only. Offer may not be combined with any other discounts. Value of week tuition is equal to enrollment schedule.
*If you paid someone to care for a child or a dependent so you could work, you may be able to reduce your federal income tax by claiming the Credit for Child and Dependent Care expenses on your tax return. Rainbow Child Care Center qualifies as a care provider under this tax law. For more information visit: http://www.irs.gov/uac/Ten-Things-to-Know-About-the-Child-and-Dependent-Care-Credit.
Rainbow Child Care Center will provide you with your Year End Statement in January. If you are no longer enrolled or have moved please contact your School to request a copy.
To ensure a healthy environment for all children enrolled in our program, it is our policy to temporarily exclude children from care who may be infectious or who demonstrate physical symptoms that require continuous one-to-one care. If your child begins to exhibit signs or symptoms of illness while in our care, we will notify you to make arrangements for your child to be picked up within one hour.
You will be provided a chart that outlines common childhood illnesses and the criteria that must be met for children to return to school; at minimum, all children must have a 24 hour symptom free day before returning to school. Unless our company policy is more stringent, we use individual state and health department regulations when making decisions to exclude children due to illness. Please be advised that your Program Director may use their discretion and request that a child not return to school and/or may require a Health Care Provider’s clearance (for any illness) before returning.
Rainbow is dedicated to remaining customer-focused and therefore we will always do our best to remain open regardless of weather conditions. However, in the case of severe inclement weather or a state of emergency, please refer to the School Closings page of our website for the most up-to-date information.
